Fire up the malt shop nostalgia — this is a genuine Art Deco-era Andis Speed-Whip drink mixer, made in Racine, Wisconsin, back when flappers danced the Charleston and a milkshake cost a nickel. The patent on the plate (No. 1,711,407) was granted in April 1929, which makes this beauty roughly 97 years old — a true survivor from the golden age of the American soda fountain.
This isn't your average vintage Mixer!!!.. . It predates the Hamilton Beaches and Gilchrists — a piece of early industrial Americana from before Andis became a household name. Single-spindle build, bold black body, and a gleaming chrome spindle housing that still catches the light. The original maker's plate is legible, the chrome wears its decades with honest character, and the whole thing has that unmistakable "built to outlast us all" heft they just don't make anymore.

Some advertising tell you the product exists. This one stops you where you stand. A full-size Coca-Cola bottle leans out from a white pedestal, caught mid pour, an amber ribbon of Coke spiraling down into an oversized fountain cup. And it moves - a motor in the base turns the twisted acrylic stream so the coke appears to pour continuously, forever, wothout ever filling the cup. It's the illusion every soda fountain wants and almost none can pull off.
